The new project Pillar Dārzciema liepas on F. Trasuna Street is located in the Dārzciems neighbourhood, surrounded by one-story buildings. The project consists of a single A+ energy-efficient building for 49 apartments on a fenced territory.

Dārzciems is one of the rare neighbourhoods in Riga where residents can enjoy the charm of a townhouse village. Whereas the nearby infrastructure allows one to get to key locations in Riga in just a few minutes.
